August 2^nd YF meeting tomorrow- Sport Tournament Details

If you plan on staying with or riding with the Youth Fellowship to Oklahoma then

YOU MUST ATTEND THIS MEETING!!!

All details for transportation and accommodation will be provided during the meeting. 

There is no more space in the vans!

August 6^th Pep rally @ 6:30pm 

Bring markers, posters, crayons, paints and your FB pride!

We’re trying to spend this time not only to get HYPE for the tournament but also to take out some time to pray together as a fellowship.

August 11^th High School Graduate Workshop 

Jaisen Achen will have a workshop to work with ‘09 high school graduates so that they are prepared for the upcoming year in college. Please join your other ‘09ers in this event.

August 16^th St.Paul’s Summer Bash 

St. Paul’s Mar Thoma Church is hosting a talent search/competition called “Atrium MGM Auditorium, Garland, TX from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Summer Bash 2009.” This will be held on August 16, 2009 at. The competition will be conducted for the following 3 categories: 

a) Dance (1 or more people – 7 minutes)

b) Band (3 or more people, 2 or more instruments – 7 minutes)

c) Solo or Duet (5 minutes)

Cash prize of $300 will be awarded to the top performing teams in each category.

We cordially invite you to come and participate in this competition. Entry fee for participants and spectators is $15 per person.

They will be selling their tickets tomorrow at church in the Fellowship Hall.
